GOOD MORNING FUTURE FELONS OF CALIFORNIA! Wake up wanting to do something about that feeling in the pit of your gut?
Good, because now WE GO ON OFFENSE!
The referendum was a defensive move that would only maintain the status quo, with no guarantee that the tyrants in Sacramento would pass these laws again.
But it was worth the fight. It enabled us to set up the infrastructure and contacts to keep going. Current counts show 130,000 of you engaged in the process, and we need each and every one of you who feels anger, guilt, or loss to channel that energy to GO ON OFFENSE.
Are you sick and tired of playing their games by their rules on their time table? They broad sided us with GUNMAGEDDON, leaving little time to defend ourselves. Now we do it on our time!
We… YOU… are going to propose a Constitutional Amendment via the initiative process that recognizes, guarantees, and respects the right of Californians to keep and bear arms. California is one of only a couple states that does not have a RKBA provision in our State Constitution.
If successful, it will give our favorite litigation groups the legal ability to fight GUNMAGEDDON and other gun control laws that only seek to strip good citizens of their rights, while still allowing the legislature to pass laws restricting the rights of violent felons or those found mentally infirm.
This will be VERY DIFFERENT from the referendum, because the wording is short enough for you to print a PDF at home to gather signatures ON YOUR TIME.
With 130,000 active participants, do you think we can channel the negative energy of a loss to GO ON THIS OFFENSE? Will you stay in the fight?
Stay tuned for marching orders… in the meantime, spread the word to vote NO ON PROP 63, the “Safety for All Criminals” Act, that guarantees only criminals will have as much ammo and magazine capacity as they want while you are left limited and defenseless.
